How to make stuffed zucchini |
Ingredients:
- Tomato: 1 cup (peeled and juiced)
- Tomato sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Chicken broth: 7 cups
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Dry mint: a teaspoon
- Zucchini: 4 kilos (small size and pitted)
- Rice: 3 cups (washed and soaked)
- Minced beef: half a kilo
- Oil: half a cup
- Obesity: 2 tbsp
- Dry coriander: half a teaspoon (crushed)
- Cumin: half a teaspoon
- Cinnamon: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper to taste
How to prepare :
- In a mixing bowl, put the washed rice, meat, oil, ghee, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon and stir well.
- Fill two-thirds of the zucchini with the filling.
- On a high heat, put the squeezed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and stir until the mixture boils for 10 minutes, then add the chicken broth, salt, and black pepper.
- Put the zucchini in the sauce and bring it to a boil over a high heat until it boils, then reduce the heat and cover the pot until it softens, then put the crushed garlic with dry mint and leave it to boil for 10 minutes.
