Ingredients:
- Half a kilo of white beans.
- A quarter cup of oil.
- One medium size onion (chopped).
- Three cloves of garlic (mashed).
- Three tablespoons of tomato paste.
- Salt and pepper to taste or a piece of Maggi cubed meat (as desired).
- Meat broth or water.
How to prepare :
- Soak the beans in water overnight, then boil them until they are fully cooked.
- Heat the oil.. Then fry the onions until they wither (roasted or roasted).. Then add the garlic and stir-fry until it acquires a golden color.
- Add the tomato paste and stir..leave it for a while..then add the Maggi cube, salt and pepper.
