  • Half a kilo of white beans.
  • A quarter cup of oil.
  • One medium size onion (chopped).
  • Three cloves of garlic (mashed).
  • Three tablespoons of tomato paste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste or a piece of Maggi cubed meat (as desired).
  • Meat broth or water.

How to prepare :

  • Soak the beans in water overnight, then boil them until they are fully cooked.
  • Heat the oil.. Then fry the onions until they wither (roasted or roasted).. Then add the garlic and stir-fry until it acquires a golden color.
  • Add the tomato paste and stir..leave it for a while..then add the Maggi cube, salt and pepper.
  • Add the beans and stir well.. until the ingredients are mixed together.. then put the beans in the broth.
  • Leave it for a quarter of an hour until it is ripe..
