  • Half a kilo of minced meat.
  • Half a kilo of pasta.
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Nutmeg

How to prepare:

  •   A pot of water is prepared and placed on the fire until the water boils, noting the need to cover any pot with boiling water.
  • After the water in the pot boils, put a spoonful of salt until it is cooked, and then add the amount of pasta in the ingredients for the method of making bechamel pasta for the purpose of boiling it, and then stir for 5 minutes so that the pasta does not stick together.
  •   Lift the pasta out of the bowl, filter it, and then put it in another deep bowl and add a little oil to it.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat, then add the onions until they become soft.
  • Add the amount of minced meat and stir from time to time for no more than 10 minutes.
  • After that, reduce the temperature of the fire and add salt and pepper to season the mixture and leave the mixture on low heat until the minced meat is cooked as required.
  • First, heat the amount of butter in the ingredients of the bechamel sauce over medium heat.
  • Then add the amount of flour with continuous stirring for 3 minutes.
  • After that, add the amount of milk (milk) to the previous mixture, provided that it is whipped in a good way using the hand mixer so that no lumps form and in order for the ingredients and contents to harmonize with each other, so that the consistency of the sauce becomes thick, and then leave the mixture to cool slightly. .
  •   Add the egg so that it is whisked with the sauce or the previous mixture well, and then add the nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the oven to a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius. During this period, divide the sauce that you obtained in a ratio of 2: 1, which means two-thirds and one-third.
  • Now mix a third of the amount of sauce with half the amount of pasta, add 2 tablespoons of minced meat, and put the mixture as a first layer in the tray prepared to make bechamel pasta in the oven.
  •   Use the remaining amount of minced meat and the amount of mozzarella cheese as a second layer on top of the previous layer.
  • And make the third and final layer of the tray with the remaining amount of pasta, so that it is finally covered with the rest of the bechamel sauce (the remaining two-thirds).
  • Put the tray in the oven until its face is red, noting the need not to cut it until it cools down a little so that it is cohesive and served with the desired salads and additions.
