The fettuccine pasta dish is one of the delicious dishes, as you can prepare it in different ways and flavors, and in this article we will discuss how to make fettuccine pasta with chicken and cream in easy and simple steps and with the ingredients available in every home in order to get a wonderful and delicious taste that all members of your family love, and the most important of these ingredients:

the components :

  • bag of dried macaroni.
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Small onion cut into cubes.
  • A grain of green pepper, cut into cubes.
  • Three cloves of minced garlic.
  • Half a cup of finely chopped cilantro.
  • Three sprigs of fresh mint, chopped.
  • A packet of tomato paste.
  • Half a cup of water.
  • A teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Half a tablespoon of salt.
  • Five tablespoons of butter.
  • A cube of chicken broth.
  • Five tablespoons of flour.
  • Three cups of liquid milk.
  • Two cups of grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Two skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes.


How to prepare fettuccine pasta with cream and chicken:

  • Boil the pasta in a large pot of boiling, slightly salted water, let it cook for 12 minutes, until al dente, then drain and set aside in another bowl.
  • Preheat the oven.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and fry the onions, green peppers and garlic until soft.
  • Stir the chicken with the onion mixture and leave it until it is cooked and its color changes to golden.
  • Mix the coriander, mint and tomato paste with enough water to make a thick sauce, then add it to the chicken.
  • Continue to cook the chicken mixture, tossing the mixture until the chicken is no longer pink and the sauce has thickened.
  •   Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
  • To prepare the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then melt the chicken stock cube in the melted butter, stirring constantly, and then mix in the flour until smooth.
  • Add the liquid to the mixture, and season with black pepper.
  • Keep cooking and stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Mix the cooked pasta with half of the bechamel sauce in a bowl, then put half of the pasta in the oven dish, and put half of the chicken mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese on it.
  • Layer the remaining pasta from the chicken mixture and the rest of the béchamel sauce, then add the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake the fettuccine in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until cooked through and a nice golden color.
  • Take the fettuccine out of the oven and serve immediately.
